With the negatives said, I will go on to the positives. I think that is a continuous problem with that particular sink. There was still a back up but drained a little faster. He must have spilled water on the floor because it was dirty from his shoes. he put the plunger under the sink and got the toilet paper wet. Maintenance came and semi fixed the problem. We had a back up sink in the bathroom and we notified maintenance. I am not convinced they changed out those items. We notified house keeping that she soiled all the bedding including the mattress pad and bed- spread. Then, my daughter (age7 months) accidentally went "number one" while we were changing her on the bed.

We kept the windows open and it seemed to go away for the most part. As the week went on and the humidity of the days increased, we noticed a vomit smell which was on the side of our bed. Once we did a "wipe down" of everything, we began to feel a little more comfortable. Granted, we came toward the end of the season but I was surprised how dirty my feet were.
When I finished, I looked at the bottom of my feet and they were very dirty. I walked around barefoot in the cottage while I was putting our clothes away. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of our cottage.
